Full-cycle support for subsoil users

Six areas of work — from mine design to legal consulting — cover the entire path of a subsoil use project.

01 · Design

Mine design and exploration planning

We prepare design and geotechnical documentation and put together exploration work plans, accounting for the deposit's geological features and regulatory requirements.

  • Mine design projects for solid mineral deposits
  • Exploration work plans
  • Geotechnical documentation aligned with licensing requirements
  • Resource and reserve estimation to SCR, KAZRC, JORC

02 · Environment

Environmental permitting for all types of subsoil use

We prepare environmental documentation and support permit applications for all subsoil use activities, including processing plant facilities.

  • Environmental design and standard-setting for Category I facilities
  • Permits for emissions and discharges of pollutants
  • Environmental documentation for plants and production facilities
  • Active licence No. 02942P, issued 24.07.2025
03 · Sample preparation

A full-cycle sample preparation production facility

Elementa provides the full sample preparation cycle in line with international requirements for quality and contamination control.

01

Sample drying

The drying facility was built to the company's own technical specification. Automatic temperature control at every stage and a single-load capacity of over 1,000 samples rule out overheating or any change to the material's analytical properties.

02

Two-stage crushing

Jaw crushers perform primary crushing of the raw material down to the required size, while roll crushers carry out secondary crushing to produce a homogeneous product with controlled particle size distribution.

03

Splitting and aliquot preparation

After crushing, the material goes through splitting to produce a representative aliquot that fully reflects the composition of the original sample. Each sample is labelled and tracked under an internal quality control system.

04

Sample pulverizing

The final stage of mechanical sample preparation is pulverizing the material down to analytical fineness. Modern pulverizers achieve up to 98% of material at −75 µm.

05

Cross-contamination prevention (QA/QC)

Equipment is fully purged with compressed air after processing each sample, working surfaces are cleaned, and blank runs confirm there's no residual material left from previous samples.

06

Dust extraction and safety

An industrial dust extraction system is integrated across every main sample preparation area, removing dust right at the source and keeping working conditions safe.

04 · Geological support

Geological support of drilling operations at deposits

We provide on-site geological support for drilling operations — from core logging to on-site data quality control.

  • Core logging (geology and geotechnical)
  • Oriented-core logging
  • Lithogeochemical studies
  • XRF: rapid determination of major elements
05 · Consulting

Consulting services and legal support

We help subsoil users navigate permitting procedures and secure rights to sites — from licensing through to reserve estimation.

Exploration licences

Applications for solid mineral exploration licences.

Mining licences

Support in obtaining mining rights for mineral deposits.

Legal support

Legal support for subsoil use companies at every stage of the project.

Reserve estimation

Preparation of resource and reserve estimation reports under SCR, KAZRC and JORC codes.

06 · Drilling

Solid mineral drilling operations

We carry out drilling operations at solid mineral deposits with geological control at every stage — from spudding the hole through to handing the core over for sample preparation.

  • Drilling operations at gold, copper and rare earth metal deposits
  • Geological control throughout the drilling process
  • Core handover to logging and sample preparation without quality loss
